Born and reared in Dublin, Georgia, Daniel M. King, Jr. graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point.  Upon graduation, Dan was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army and served for almost nine years on active duty and in the Georgia Army National Guard.  He was stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, served in Operation Desert Storm, and was Airborne and Air Assault qualified.

          Upon leaving active duty, Dan attended University of Georgia Law.  He continued to actively serve in the National Guard during law school deploying three times to Norway with his unit as well as commanding B Battery, 1/214th Field Artillery.  During law school, Dan also deployed with his National Guard unit to South Georgia for flood cleanup after the Flint and Ocmulgee Rivers flooded in 1994.

          Dan returned home to Dublin after graduation from law school to establish a solo practice.  Since then, he has established a large and successful law practice as well as becoming actively involved in the community.  Dan is a graduate of Leadership Dublin-Laurens County, a past member of the board of directors of Heart of Georgia United Way, past chairman of the board of directors of the local Boys and Girls Club, a past representative for the Dublin Circuit to the State Bar Board of Governors, past member of the board of directors of the University of Georgia Alumni Association, and a member of the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dublin for fifteen years, on which he served half of those as Chairman.  He is a member of the First Baptist Church of Dublin where he has chaired both the Finance Committee and the Board of Trustees, Dublin Rotary Club, American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

          Dan and his wife, Twana, have three children

          A native of Tucker, Georgia, Franklin D. Miller graduated from Dacula High School and graduated cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2012 with a B.A. double major in History and Latin American/Caribbean Studies. He went on to attend Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia, and received his J.D. in 2015. Frankie’s interests included being a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Brief Captain of the 2015 Mercer Jessup International Moot Court team at competition in New Orleans, Louisiana. His career, prior to entering the practice of law has provided him with a wealth of experience in areas such as family, immigration, and criminal law, and he intends to continue those interests.

          Prior to his legal career, Frankie wrestled in both high school and the collegiate level for several years. In his free time, his hobbies include snowboarding, wakeboarding, and early mornings at the golf course.

          Colin Farabaugh hails from Erie, Pennsylvania, and attained his undergraduate degree in 2012 from Mercyhurst University with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Political Science.   While at Mercyhurst, Colin was a member of the Mercyhurst Men’s Golf Team.  He received his J.D. in 2015 from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia.  Where he was involved with the Law and Public Service Program, as well as the Advanced Legal Writing Program.  He has previously worked in the Erie, Pennsylvania Public Defender’s Office and the Bibb County Public Defender’s Office which has given him valuable experience in and out of the courtroom. 
 
           In his spare time he enjoys working out, playing golf, and sports; as he is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins.
